For each service (department), you can upload a picture — it appears on the public Services page (you no longer need to match names in services.html). Doctor profiles (photo, roles, bio on the website) are managed under the Doctors tab.

Doctor profiles Controls what appears on Our doctors. Use Upload photo to add an image, or paste a path under images/doctors/. Optionally link a profile to a Doctor entry under Services so booking uses the same name.

For older profiles that only store a full-size path, this generates compressed grid thumbnails (same as new uploads). Safe to run more than once.
